After several discussions and meetings with management, an independent private equity sponsor, or a commercial real estate sponsor, Trinity begins an intensive due diligence process that includes financial modeling, capital structuring, conversations with industry experts and advisory partners, and research on underlying investment factors.
Upon a signed letter of intent or term sheet, we send an executive summary of the offering to our expansive investor base. This document provides an overview of the investment opportunity for investors to review and assess interest.

You are encouraged to review the PPM, attend the asset tour if possible, and participate in the webinar. Afterward, a link to the webinar recording will be distributed, as well as the FAQ.
