We still add significant value for our Investors through extreme due diligence and thorough underwriting coupled with access to well structured opportunities. For our Operating Partners, we add value through the ability to source both debt and equity capital using a combination of our investor base, our institutional partners, and when necessary, our broker-dealer, TPEG Securities LLC. Our Operating Partners can focus on what they do best and utilize our extensive experience and resources as Financial Partners to leverage their time and efforts.
