Trinity Private Equity Group works with seasoned management through an Executive-in-Residence or EIR program. Our EIR’s serve as C-level executives and help drive the value creation on a day-to-day basis as partners and often co-investors with Trinity in our portfolio companies. Trinity also works with experienced managers who desire our financial structuring, capital strategy and accounting support in finding acquisition opportunities to create value for themselves and the investor group. TPEG works closely with the EIR’s to assist them in making the jump from the corporate environment to being an entrepreneur.
