Trinity works with experienced Advisory Partners who have been successful in particular industries to augment and enhance the board level participation. Small and mid-size companies cannot always afford the experience and quality desired for their business with experienced senior managers on a full-time basis and can greatly leverage the management team with a group of outstanding and successful advisors. Advisory Partners often are co-investors with Trinity and have a financial stake in the companies that they help guide.
