Robert Jones studied Interior Design at the University of North Texas from 1976 to 1980, and promptly became an entrepreneur.  He founded R Jones and Associates, an upholstered furniture manufacturer, in 1980 and sold it in 2006.  Rob’s entrepreneurial background has given him experience in sales, marketing, design for manufacturing and lean manufacturing technology, and has left him particularly oriented towards product development, team building, and strategic planning. 

He loves looking at businesses and has a knack for recognizing a company’s core strengths and what the company needs in order to get to the next level. 

He is passionate about entrepreneurial-minded manufacturing companies that are seeking new ways to grow, learn and succeed with manufacturing in the United States.
