Trinity Private Equity Group (TPEG) is a middle market sponsor of private equity
transactions in which we partner with existing management in high quality companies.
The principals at TPEG are experienced entrepreneurs with a history of successfully
growing small to mid-size private companies in a variety of industries. TPEG
currently focuses its efforts on control transactions in the form of leveraged
recapitalizations of companies in a narrow list of light manufacturing, consumer
products or service industries. We have strong experience and want to be involved
at a senior level through board level advisory. We like to add value to our portfolio
companies through the contribution of insight and experience and applications
of best practices in a variety of areas such as marketing and sales, operations,
systems and financial management. We have a long term focus on building shareholder
