Aaron Cother is the Director of Business Development for Trinity Private Equity Group.   In addition to his duties with Trinity, Aaron is the CEO of Cother International Trading Company, an import/export firm that focuses on planning and executing foreign market strategies for mid-market enterprise.

Prior to joining Trinity, Aaron worked in the securities markets.  Beginning his finance career in 2001 on a Spear, Leads, and Kellogg trading floor, Aaron discovered financial analysis and valuation and the effects of fear and greed in the financial markets.  He parlayed this experience into fund-raising and subsequently managing an equity portfolio for HNW clients at Smith Barney.

Prior to this, Aaron had a distinguished military career leading the planning, staffing, budgeting, technology, and operations of US Marine Corps and US Army units in the Special Operations communities throughout the U.S. and abroad.  Achieving fast-track career promotion through a series of increasingly responsible management positions leading both small and large-scale operations worldwide, Aaron Cother has become an expert in cross-functional team building and leadership, multi-cultural communications, change management, organizational development, and quality/performance improvement.  His military career has been highlighted by numerous commendations and awards for outstanding leadership, general management, and field operations.

Mr. Cother has traveled, lived, and worked in more than 30 countries worldwide. During his travels he has learned to speak Spanish, and enough Japanese and Thai to integrate into local communities.  He has a BA in International Relations from the American Military University in addition to numerous military management and leadership training programs.
